dicator is installed between nozzle and measurement transducer, by which customer observes whether foam in delivering oil. Accuracy will be affected because of much foam or bubble. Diagram 2-33 is shown a common oil indicator in domestic market. Since this kind of oil indicator has big pass section than that of two ends of pipe, velocity of flow of passing oil is reduced so as to facilitate observation. If oil transparent, that is, no foam in it, fuel dispenser is in normal state. If opaque with visible foam, it is shown that there is gas fuel dispenser in oil. Don’t refuel until foam disappears in oil indicator. If passed long time, foam in oil indicator still exists so that the accuracy of fuel dispenser is affected, some troubleshooting measures on vapor separator should be considered. Disassemble low cover and examine gasket and joint face if found leakage. Oil in pipe should be discharged completely in maintenance, keeping appropriate tightness to bolts as reassembly in case of crunching glass. 1-Frame 2-Sink-screw 3-Seal gasket 4-Glass 5-Seal 6-Cover Diagram 2-33: Ball-shaped oil indicator structure Columnar oil indicator, shown in Diagram 2-34, is installed on the top of gantry fuel dispenser, the convex end connected with pipe jointer of fuel dispenser, the concave end of it with hose unit. Foam is observed through the glass pipe of columnar oil indicator. If found leakage, disassemble oil indicator from jointer, clean waste or replace damaged gasket. Replace glass pipe when found crackle on it. Be careful of reassemble hose jointer and oil indicator after maintenance in case of crunch glass pipe. 1-Frame 2-Glass pipe 3-Seal ring 4-O-ring Diagram 2-34: Columnar oil indicator Firstly empty oil in fuel dispenser when deal with oil indicator’s trouble, for fear of oil splashing. There is a kind of method to empty here: loose bolt on corrugated pipe after start up fuel dispenser. In this state, no oil in tank is suck into fuel dispenser, but oil in fuel dispenser is discharged out continually. After stop fuel dispenser fuel dispenser

block number 0 = intermediate blocks The maximum number of blocks is defined by the buffer size of the receiving device (around 1 Kbytes in the IFSF Dispenser Application) and the Block Length. Example: If the Block Length is 32 the maximum number of blocks is 32 (numbered from 0 to 31). If the Block Length is 228 the maximum number of blocks is 4 (numbered from 0 to 3). When the message is cut blocks are created by the fuel dispenser communication layer according to the maximum possible block length on the network. FP2_1.90 IFSF STANDARD FORECOURT PROTOCOL February 2006 COMMUNICATION SPECIFICATION Page: 28 Blocks may arrive at a recipient node out of sequence. It is up to the recipient node application to ensure that this is taken into consideration when the message is reassembled. Byte 6 (BL Byte ) informs the application if a message has been cut up into blocks. It is up to the application to use this information when reassembling the complete message. 4.5 Communication Service Database This data allows the CD to specify the communication service data. The database address 00H (first byte of DB_Ad) in each device is used for communication services. This database is accessible through the standard READ WRITE - messages from local or remote devices. Except: - The Local_Node_Address is only used to communicate with the local application as it is explained further. - The Communication_Protocol_Ver is only readable. we are committed to create the best workplace, encourage our staffs to put their own personalities into their jobs, and provide them a stage to show themselves.

ditch their transitional arrangements in May. Others are considering whether to liberalise a little (see table). Greater labour mobility, whenever it comes, will be beneficial. The competitive challenge that lower-cost workers, whether from the EU 10 or elsewhere, will pose for the pampered, inflexible workforces of the old EU 15 will exist anyway. Those who would keep out workers from the east will find their efforts as vain as attempts to fend off globalisation. © 2006 . The French judicial syst fuel dispenser em Exit Napoleon Feb 9th 2006 | PARIS From The Economist print edition A miscarriage of justice calls an entire system into question Reuters IT HAS been a landmark case in French judicial history in more ways than one. Since mid-January, a parliamentary inquiry has been studying one of the country s biggest post-war miscarriages of justice how six innocent people, jailed for years in connection with a paedophile ring, were acquitted on appeal only last December, after it turned out that key evidence against them had been made up; and how seven other innocents spent months behind bars. The testimony of the acquitted has been televised live, gripping the public. This week, national TV channels cleared their schedules to broadcast the testimony of Fabrice Burgaud, the lead investigating judge in the case. The affair began in 2000, when social workers suspected sexual abuse of children in Outreau, a suburb of Boulogne-sur-Mer in northern France. The following year (when neighbouring Belgium was being rocked by the trial of a serial rapist and murderer, Marc Dutroux), a judicial investigation into a suspected paedophile ring was opened, led by Mr Burgaud. Some 20 children were identified as victims, including Burgaud under the spotlight those of three of the couples charged. At the trial, in 2004, the central evidence was testimony by one of the accu fuel dispenser fuel dispenser
