ents on metrological management. The chapter briefly introduces fuel dispenser’s metrological management and technical requirements, appraisal related and attentions. Article I Metrological management and technical requirements In accordance with The Law on Metrology of fuel dispenser’s legal management mainly includes following aspects: Model approval, initial approval, subsequent appraisal and inspection in operation. Model approval refers to an entire test, examination and assessment as to new model’s entire performance. Initial approval refers to assess whether or not the fuel dispenser made by manufacturer in accordance with the model having been ratification through a series of testing, as well as metrological performance with relative metrological rules and regulations. Initial approval really has two phases - app fuel dispenser roval combined with factory test, and testing appraisal after installation. Subsequent appraisal is conducted after long time since initial appraisa fuel dispenser l, from which considerable appraisal p fuel dispenser eriod is set down according to related requirements. Periodical appraisal is also regarded as the continued subsequent appraisal. Fuel dispenser’s measuring performance within appraisal period needs to be examined, so filling station should deploy self-check standard instrument (no less than 20L) to examine and inspect. Apart from applied to fuel dispenser approval, JJG443-98 also adapt sample testing and pattern evaluation. Although there are two items of accuracy and flow distance ratio conducted in initial approval and subsequent evaluation, there are other technical parameters different from approval as for fuel dispenser made after passing pattern evaluation, including minimum calculated volume and minimum cubic variable. Several items reference to the pattern evaluation and sampling testing of mechanical hydraulic section of fuel dispenser as followed: Accuracy testing The testing’s purpose is to define the flow curve and verify the tolerance scope in which the allowed maximum tol

The PCD should also consider that it is advisable that these totals are stored securely and with some type of memory backup. Per Calculator up to 8 different Prod_Nb could be defined. The access to this data is defined by the PR_ID address (product identifier). This address key is used for internal links between databases (product logical nozzle meters). These links depend on the way the dispenser is built and are dispenser model dependent. The PR_ID = 40H is used to ask for all products. Any attempt to operate on a DB_Ad which has not been implemented should be rejected with a MS_ACK set to NAK 2 (application non existent on the recipient node).

e age of “Big Organichas dawned. In the spring Supervalu, which owns Albertson s and other grocery stores, started a line of organic apple sauce, canned tomatoes and other delicacies. Safeway, another grocer, launched its organic line in January. McDonald s is pumping out radio advertisements in New England for its coffee, which is now blended with beans from Newman s Own Organics. Everyone, it seems, is envious of Whole Foods Market, an Austin-based chain, which has seen its share price rise by nearly 900% in a decade. But can big companies and organic food co-exist? After all, “organicused to suggest small farms or co-operatives supplying locally produced, fertiliser-free food. Now the market is worth about $14 billion a year. Although that accounts for less than 3% of America s retail-food sales, the segment claims fuel dispenser to be the fastest-growing part of the food market in America. The “organiclabel costs more, but it is becoming a big business. Greens have mos fuel dispenser tly embraced the trend. “By and large, fuel dispenser it s a very positive thing, says Paul Rauber, an editor at Sierra magazine. Even so, he predicts “As the big boys get into the market, there s going to be more of a push to water down the organic standards. Some American producers worry especially about lax oversight of organic certification for imported foods. There are also supply problems. At some Whole Foods stores, up to 60% of the produce is organic in the summer but that number dips in the winter because “naturalfood has to respect the seasons. There is also a shortage of organic farms. “The sheer number of stores offering organic products has stressed the system, says George Siemon, chief executive of the Organic Valley co-operative. The fertilisers and hormones that make mass agriculture easier are banned in the organic business. Then there are pricing pressures brought on by large retailers. Organic Valley withdrew from supplying milk direct to Wal-Mart a few years ago after being undercut
